This website is operated by Color Signature. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Color Signature and the terms "you" and "yours" refer to the client or person purchasing one of our products, services or courses.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing our website or making any purchases. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or purchase any of our products, services or courses.
SOUTH FLORIDA, FL - IN PERSON COLOR CONSULTING
- In person appointments can't be canceled. In case you can't make to your appointment, you can reschedule it or change to an online color analysis, free of charge.
- In person appointments can be rescheduled 1 time. In case you can't attend your appointment, you should notify Color Signature at least 24 hours before.
- If the location is not specified on the description of the service, you will be notified about it 1 week before your appointment.
- If you're not satisfied with the color analysis service, you have 24 hours after your appointment, to notify Color Signature with a written complaint. Color Signature team will schedule another appointment for you, free of charge, to answer any questions or complaints and if necessary, do the color analysis again.
- By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you confirm that you are aware that Color Signature won't accept any refunds, chargebacks or cancellations.
